cozy hotel with a pillow menu for blissful sleep
Our stay felt magical thanks to the fresh breakfasts and charming, high-ceilinged rooms. The prompt service took care of our minor issues perfectly.

Clean rooms.
Cold and indifferent staff. The electricity was unexpectedly "turned off" for 12 hours from early in the morning to evening. (The bathroom has no windows and is patch black without lighting.) I wasn't offered an alternative or any consideration. Awful.

The Art Hotel is charming! The historical allure of the building dating back to the 14th century shines through, with cozy rooms that boast high ceilings and a pillow menu. Breakfast is a real treat, with a generous spread that includes an array of delicious Polish dishes.
Parking chaos.

The hotel and rooms were elegant, charming, and unique. The location was excellent, being right off the main square. The rooms were extremely clean. There was ac and a lift. The staff was helpful and spoke English well.
Breakfast was not included in our rate, and the price to eat their breakfast was quite high. We found going into the square for breakfast a much better value.

The art hotel had a large, modern room with all the amenities you need. The entire staff spoke english. We loved the lovely restaurant on site and the easy walking distance to the wine festival was a huge plus!
100% recommend

No wash cloths or bars of soap in the bathroom!!! A dark room with a clothes railing instead of a wardrobe could feel off-putting for many guests!!! An uncomfortable shower adds to the disappointment!!!

The hotel was in a lovely location and the furnishings and decor was really good. The staff were so freindly and very helpful
The cooked breakfast could have been hotter and it was not helped with cold plates

Great location very close to the main square - Rynek - and within easy walking distance of all other places of interest. Nice comfy room and excellent breakfast. The staff we came into contact with were friendly and helpful, particularly the young lady on reception who had lived in England for two years and spoke very good English. Would stay here again and would recommend it (and Wroclaw itself - a lovely place) to anyone else.
Nothing negative to say - we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we ever come back to Wroclaw.

I have been to this hotel 5 times now. The rooms are comfortable, staff friendly, it is steps away from the Rynek but quiet, a rare commodity in the Centre. Breakfast is copious and delicious. You can order eggs as you wish even though this is not advertized.
Although the restaurant is beautiful and the food is not bad (not amazing) some of the evening staff is not very friendly or attentive.

The breakfast spread was excellent, giving me a great start to my days. For a quieter stay, request a room away from the street.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming in many languages. We chose this hotel for its location and good value. We had a very large room with enormous window overlooking old church. Excellent value for fine service and location. We we glad to have lunch in the adjoining restaurant and then two mornings we had the terrific breakfast offered for an additional €15 , worth it if you are heading out for a day of sightseeing.
The business office is a bit primitive with lots of tech glitches and in order to print out boarding passes we had to enlist help from several staff and in the end the front desk had to do the work. Other than that our stay was fine. I would stay here again if returning to Wroclaw - a really lovely city.

The staff was fabulously friendly and the place was spotless. Well laid out and recently refurbished room with separate beds, we had a really really nice stay. The breakfast available was exceptionally good and amazing with yoghurt, pate plus healthy products...
